Modular Wrap Customisation Terms

About this service

Modular Wrap Customisation is a design service. You select your vehicle, select a predefined design from a list suggested by MATMAK, share your business details such as logo, mobile number or social media, or go with a bespoke design, upload your own artwork, and tell us how you want it applied. Our team produces a print-cut-ready design. It is a service carried out by people, not an instant download.

Delivery

The finished customised pattern is delivered by email to the address you provide when you place your request. Please make sure that address is correct and able to receive attachments and links from us — we cannot deliver your design to any other address without verifying your identity, and we are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or inaccessible email address.

Revisions

After you receive your finished design you are entitled to 2 free revisions. Those 2 revisions are included in the price you have already paid; there is nothing further to pay for them.

  1. Revisions are requested by email only. Reply to the email that delivered your design, describing the changes you need. There is no revision button or form on the website, and requests made by any other channel cannot be tracked.
  2. Each revision request you send counts as one of your 2 included revisions once we begin work on it.
  3. Any further revisions beyond those 2 are not included. They require a separate agreement with us before work starts, and will be charged.

Your artwork

You confirm that you own the artwork you upload, or that you have permission to use it for this purpose. We use your files only to produce your customised pattern.

Completing your request

When you are happy with your design, please confirm it using the link we send you, or simply reply to our email. Confirming closes the request.

Payments and refunds

Payment is taken at the time you submit your request. Because each customisation is produced specifically for you, the general MATMAK Terms & Conditions apply to payments, refunds and everything not covered on this page.
